How are you doing? I hope all is well with you and your family! I have been out in Germany for the last few months. I finally signed a contract with a team out here and having a time of my life.

I just wanted to send you a message to tell you thank you for all of the training you did with us and I think that was by far the hardest and most concentrated training I have done in my life and I gained a lot from your training. I talk about our training all the time out here in Germany also.

I don't think I will be here without the training you did with us and I am sorry that I could notkeep in touch with you better. I will make sure to give you a ring next time I am in CO which will be around xmas time.

My name is Eric Letkemann.

My 13 year old grandson, Dio Rivas, has been taking baseball instruction under Rylan Reed since April of 2010. Dio is also attending the current baseball camp being run by Rylan, Florida Marlins AAA club New Orleans Zephyrs Manager and 11 year MLB player Greg Norton, and 2 time All American Mesa State shortstop Matt Bodenchuk.

At their weekly sessions, Rylan and Dio have concentrated on the hitting, throwing, and fielding mechanics necessary to compete in today's competitive world of Colorado baseball. Every week Dio becomes more comfortable at the plate, and every week Rylan takes the details, the little things, to a new level. Rylan teaches a hitting philosophy that is very effective in getting great contact consistently. A year ago Dio had fast hands. Now, because of drills, they're faster.

The fielding work is at a high level, tempo, and now, expectation. The improvement in Dio's throw, fielding, and hitting is striking.

All these improvements have been the general result of effective and easily understandable teaching in an atmosphere that is fun at the same time that it's demanding. One way to tell if a kid wants to be somewhere is if he's excited to go and get there. Another is how excited a guy is to work hard to get better. A third is when a guy can't stop talking about it on the way home. Dio really looks forward to every session, and his work ethic is indicative that he enjoys what he's doing. His enjoyment of playing baseball has mirrored his improvement.

Rylan breaks the game down to the fundamentals, the little things that are the difference between making plays and not. The things only guys that have played at a high level can teach effectively. He does not ever patronize, which is huge. The baseball program Rylan runs is, quite honestly, very professional and effective. I'm extremely satisfied with Dio's progress and will continue lessons there as long as Dio plays baseball in Colorado.

The Impact Winter Baseball Camp has been great as well. Greg, Matt, and Rylan have given massive one on one time to the kids attending, and once again, the emphasis has been on fundamentals. Greg's a big believer in proper throwing technique, fielding technique, and proper swing mechanics. His expertise in working with professional baseball players is very evident at this camp, and, as a result, 13 year old kids are reaping huge benefits from his one on one. Matt's ability to play shortstop is jaw dropping, and the kids pick up on that right away. His credibility and his knowledge are unquestioned, and the kids' responses to his coaching reflect that.

I would recommend Impact Sports to anybody looking for quality baseball training and would do so without hesitation.

Thank you,

Eric Letkemann

I wanted to forward this on to all of you. Michael Keating the owner of Impact is running a summer program at his gym. I have been around for quite some time and I have not seen someone works with athletes like this in my life. They are the best I have seen and I highly recommend all of the boys to be involved in any program that he has to offer. All of the boys are getting to the time in their athletic lives that they need to start improving their overall body strength and quickness off-ice. That is what is going to take them to the next level. One of my staff guys that worked for me played pro hockey. He told me that all of his success in his pro career is dedicated to Michael and his staff.

CLICK Here to learn more about this program and others offered by Impact Sports.

Have a look at this program and let myself or Michael know if you have any questions.

"Uhhhm....sorry about the Tre sized dent in your drywall.  But hey, you guys created this massive teen!  And the appetite that goes with it.....!
I remember.......(insert corny music here) Speed Camp 2009-week #1.  An overweight scared kid shows up and hates the fact that I made him take the class (but did not make him continue....he choose that).  Oh, how he hated that class, so much that he just had to take the second week....(ok, shut that corny music off and start playing the theme song to Rocky or maybe Top Gun is more fitting....)  and as they say, the rest is history!

Thanks to all you guys at Impact for making such a positive transformation in my son.  You gave him great confidence to meet life full on."

"My name is Pamela Wildman and I was the Varsity Volleyball Coach for The Academy. Back in 2006, my daughter, Alea, ruptured her ACL while playing volleyball. We didn't know where to begin. We had a great doctor (Dr. Joseph Hsin) who referred us to Impact Sports. We had never even heard of them before. It turned out to be a HUGE blessing in many, many ways. Alea went through her pre-surgery therapy through Synapse with Matt and Jeff. After surgery, she spent another 5 months or more in physical therapy and eventually moved to the agility side of Impact. Through those long months, I got to know the staff well. Not only did they show us that they really cared about us, Alea received some of the best training we could have ever possibly hoped for. She is now fully recovered and was named Player of the Year for the North Metro Area and our league and was the number one hitter in the entire state!! This after having reconstructive surgery on her knee. When I saw the results I began bringing my Volleyball team to Impact for off season training. It helped to turn our program around. We broke all kinds of school records, ended our season 19 wins and 7 losses and were District Champs!!!! We also made our first regional birth ever for The Academy. I know that Impact had a big role in that. They also provide positive role models through their trainers and in today's society, that could not be more important. Our girls have always loved and respected these guys. Thanks Ryan, Jamie, Mike and Dan!!! Chris you are awesome too! It doesn't hurt that the staff and trainers are all cute too.

Alea now plays volleyball for CSU Pueblo. A true success story in which the staff at Impact Sports is largely responsible for. My family and my volleyball team are better because we know the staff at Impact Sports and we plan on being a part of Impact for a very long time!!!!

"I just want you to know how happy we are that Victoria was able to train at IMPACT in preparation for her club tryouts.  The volleyball skills, along with the conditioning she received, allowed her to "play up" with success in a very competitive environment.  As you probably know , she was offered a spot on the 15s team at Six Dogs and at Flatirons.  Her Six Dogs coach commented on her improvement since summer.  That improvement was achieved because of IMPACT.
Tina is awesome.  We have never had a coach who could break down each skill the way she does.  She is really gifted in teaching volleyball.  Tina not only improved Victoria's skills ,but she taught her other important techniques.  Tina is a great role model.  She was the perfect match for Victoria and was truly interested in Victoria's success.
Ryan was also important and helped Victoria reach her goal.  He was able to get her in shape for her sport.  She actually enjoyed her workouts with Ryan.  He is a great guy.
I know we will continue to train over the next years at IMPACT.  What a great place!!

Pam,

Sorry it has taken me so long to email you. Busy season is upon us for the girls as they have begun volleyball at Nativity. I want you to know what a difference you made to these girls both mentally and physically. These girls took everything you taught them and proved to others (who doubted their skills based on previous years) that they are a force to be reckoned with. All 10 of them made Division 1 Varsity. Six of them made the top Division 1 team. They had to go with two Division 1 teams this year because there were so many good players. In fact, they held 2 extra nights of assessments with the top 18 girls to try to figure out how to assign the 2 top teams. All the assessors and the athletic director said this is the best, most talented group of players they have EVER had. Way to go, Pam!!!

Here is the breakdown of who made A team and B team:

Div 1 Team A – Hannah, Sami, Sarah, Ciara, Blayke and Tessa

Div 1 Team B – Megan, Katie, Angela and Michelle

Here is Team A’s home games:

Tuesday, March 22 @ 5:00 pm

Tuesday, April 5 @ 6:15 & 7:30 pm (double header)

Friday, April 15 @ 6:00 pm

Tourney will be the 1st 2 weekends in May. I will let you know as that schedule comes about. Our school is located at Nativity of Our Lord Church & School, 900 W. Midway Blvd., Broomfield, CO 80020. It is west of Main St. and east of 287/Wadsworth on the south side of Midway. I know you work in the evenings so that makes it tough. Thanks, again for all you did for the girls. They adore you.

Ryan has played club hockey for the Boulder Bison for 6 years, and was last on the Midget Minor AA team, he recently played on the Standley Lake HS Varsity team, ( Gators ) CHSSA team.  The team below is the in the High Plains High School league (this is club not CHSSA) and the team name is HTB Varsity Hockey, they consist of players from Horizon HS, Thornton HS, Broomfield and Brighton HS.  On May 15th, 2011 Ryan and his team, the Boulder Bison's, won the State Championship at the Arvada Apex Ice Arena after beating Golden to go to the finals and then beat the heavily favored North Alliance team.  Go Bisonss!!!!  Ryan goes to Horizon and is a Sophomore. He has a 4.0 Cumulative GPA and has plans to play College Hockey, preferably Div.1. He has been working out at Impact Sports off and on for several years but quite consistently the last two years which have made a huge difference in his Hockey game.

Thanks, Lisa Plessinger

"The Impact Sports Facility is truly the workout facility of choice. There's no other place you can get better Physically, Mentally and Spiritually! I've been able to stay on top of my game by training at Impact and look forward to training my kids there as well."

"Brandon HarperMy time at Impact Sports has been very rewarding. Through all of the different xercises I have made gains in strength, quickness and conditioning. Jamie set up a program that was perfect for me as a professional baseball player. I am looking forward to the start of the new season to put my training at IMPACT to the test!"

"Mele CabralI want to thank you again for training me this summer. I definitely think the training made a difference and I felt well prepared coming into my season.  Impact has a great atmosphere to train in and everyone that works there is awesome! I  was always motivated to work hard and push myself.  And even when I was "learning to love the burn" I was still having fun. Haha. That phrase, by the way, still pops into my head during every workout! I look forward to coming back to train when I get back from school.

"My sons, Dane (10 yrs) and Vincent (8 yrs) just finished 12 training sessions with Jamie and Tim. Dane's speed, coordination and agility have noticeably improved. Coaches and parents of teammates have remarked repeatedly about Dane's quickness and reactions to the ball. Dane has always been athletic, but I attribute his recent improvements to Impact Sports. An example of improvement is Dane's standing broad jump; he improved from 4'11'' to 5'11", a full foot.

Vincent is another story, he has never been athletically inclined and does not like sports. He felt left out at school recess and did not like always finishing last in PE events. I was just hoping that he would pick up something from the sessions. I was not disappointed, his coordination and agility have vastly improved. He has started to play with the others at recess, and I am always catching him doing drills on his own around the house.

I heartily recommend the Impact Sports Staff and facility to any one wishing to improve sports performance."

"I have two girls, Meagan (14) and Elizabeth (12) who are actively involved in competitive soccer.  Unfortunately they haven't received very good training from their soccer club over the last year so we decided to enroll them in a private, 24 session regiment prior to the upcoming season's soccer tryouts.  When their progress was evaluated at the mid-point of the regiment, they both tested out at significantly higher levels in virtually all areas as compared to their base-line levels recorded when they began the program.  However, more important than their test results is the fact that they have been able to readily apply their improved skills on the field under game conditions.

Impact has been great for the girls.  Not only have they helped the girls with their soccer skills but the staff supports and encourages them in their efforts during soccer tryouts.  I have no doubt that the staff at Impact were instrumental in both of my girls receiving an invitation to play for each of the teams they tried out for.

Thanks!

"The facility itself is a welcome addition to an indoor facility-starved region.  But, the speed and conditioning training is far and away the most valuable part of Impact Sports Performance.  They worked with my team last year and are doing so again this year.

I highly recommend it, even to my competition, though it's tough to say that, Impact deserves the recognition and every athlete and coach needs to know about the best place to train."
Mike Thomson Head Coach, Lady Warriors Softball 18A
"I also wanted to thank you for everything you do for Austin and his teammates.  By the end of the summer (after working out with you), Austin’s self confidence went way up.
He absolutely loves going to Impact Sports, and he seems to be getting bigger and stronger everyday.
All of the Bantam AA players that I talk to really enjoy their workouts at Impact, you are doing a fantastic job.
Thanks so much!"

"UNBELIVABLE!!!  That is the word that keeps coming to my mind on the work that the Impact staff performed on the Barbos players!  When you look out on the pitch and you see the other team barely walking around with their heads down and their feet just making it from one step to the next you wonder where their fitness is. And in comparison, our boys are smiling, running and feeling like they want more – the proof that Impact did their job is undeniable. You and your Impact staff did this. And I can’t be any more appreciative of the results to all the hard work that everyone did.

Your work has made our players raise the fitness level to a place they have never seen before. And this is just the beginning.  Thank you, we want to express our sincerest appreciation for your efforts.

"After just 9 sessions at Impact Sports, our competitive fast-pitch softball team demonstrated a noticeable improvement in running speed, quickness and agility.  Now I know why they call it "Impact Sports."  Our workouts definitely had an impact on our performance.

"Michael is enjoying the training a lot and has learned many things. He told me one day that many of the things you have helped him to correct were things that he knew he was doing wrong, but was never told what to do to fix the problem.

Michael's confidence and his abilities continue to build and improve thanks to your training program.  Thanks, again, for all your help."
