Our goal oriented classes are the perfect solution for personal fitness training. Enroll in a class that meets your conditioning needs. We offer classes designed to get the most out of your potential. With determination and our progressive series of intense and focused training sessions, Impact helps take your fitness to the next level!  **Please schedule in advance to allow our staff to design the best workout possible!!**

P.A.C. Class (Power, Agility, and Core):

Impact Sports offers a variety of lunchtime adult classes to fit any level, goal and schedule. Our lunchtime series of classes are all circuit training based, to give you a total body workout. Our circuit training series appeals to everyone from the working professional to the stay-at-home mom.

Power & Strength
Resistance and weight training that focuses on toning, building strength, decreasing fat, and increasing lean muscle mass.
 
Monday  1:00pm to 1:30pm
Wednesday 12:00pm to 12:30pm
Friday 12:30pm to 1:00pm 
 
Agility & Conditioning
Agility training that focuses on coordination and balance in an increased intensity workout that gets your heart rate up.
 
Monday  12:30pm to 1:00pm
Wednesday 1:00pm to 1:30pm
Friday 12:00pm to 12:30pm 
 
Core & Stability
All quality movements start with the core. A strong core decreases back pain and improves posture and balance.

The Gauntlet:

Tuesdays & Thursdays 12:00-12:30pm
Description:  This is a hybrid fitness class that features the use of medicine balls, swiss balls, hand weights and incorporates upper body, lower body and core strengthening.  This class also includes proper stretching techniques focused on reducing muscle soreness and injury.
