M.A.P.S. (Mechanics, Agility, Plyometrics, Speed)This is another great way to train at Impact. Groups consist of no more than eight athletes and cover all areas of athletic improvement including speed, quickness, explosive power, agility, acceleration, coordination, balance, mechanics and mental toughness. You will be placed in a group where all athletes are in the same age range so you can be sure you or your child is receiving the appropriate training provided by one of our certified Performance Coaches. This program is a highbrid of personal training and group training, where we, Impact Sports, "match" you with athletes of your similiar gender, goals and even sport when possible!
